I wanted something more challenging and more interesting than walking on the treadmill but something that was not so hard or confusing that I wouldn’t be able to keep up. (Zumba…wish I could do it but I couldn’t keep up with all the steps…) So I came across Stephanie Oram and XTFMax. Since this set is new, I went back and read reviews about the previous set and I was very impressed with everything I read. Being a beginner I was excited to read that there were 4 levels and that the program could work for any fitness level from beginner to super challenging. I emailed Ms Oram to see which set she would recommend for me and I heard back from her within 12 hours to go…

Learn the difference between fat and muscle I am finishing up week 2 of the program and I love it so far! I am a former athlete and coach, the workouts can be intense or you can choose to do a lower level and it is not as bad. You can make the workouts as intense as you want or need so I am a little confused about some of the reviews I see.
