By far my favorite T25 workout About me: I’m not a beachbody coach. I participated in a month-long challenge with a beachbody coach. I did not like T25 very much – I think that it generally moves too fast to maintain good form.That said, I LOVE this workout. The Core Speed workout is the one bright spot in the frustration and low-back pain that is T25. It’s fast, but not too fast. There’s lots of variety among the moves. High impact moves are well-interspersed with low impact moves.I’m glad this is available as a standalone product because this is the one T25 workout that I would buy, knowing what I know now.
