SmartyPants Kids Complete + Fiber contains no added sugar and combines 5 vitamins into one delicious serving of gummies: a full multivitamin, EPA and DHA Omega 3s sourced from sustainable small fish populations, 150% Recommended Daily Allowance (RDI) of Vitamin D3 — the form of Vitamin D a child’s body uses — 67 micrograms of vitamin B12 (equivalent to a standalone B12 supplement) plus 4 grams of Soluble Fiber. SmartyPants was created by parents and entrepreneurs who wanted their kids to get all the nutrients they needed without any of the bad stuff. We use only the highest quality and most effective natural form of key nutrients. We are sticklers about making sure our gummy vitamins are the right mix for kids’ bodies. We don’t use any fake or artificial flavors, sweeteners, preservatives, dyes, or added sugar.
What’s In Kids Complete + Fiber
SmartyPants Kids Fiber Complete contains only high-quality nutrients and fish oil from leading nutritional manufacturer who are USP and GMP certified, as well as natural flavors and colors. SmartyPants Vitamins are made in California according to GMP safety standards, and every batch is tested for quality, purity, and nutrient levels using a third-party lab, so you know what’s on the label is really in the bottle. In addition, all SmartyPants products meet or exceed California Prop 65 and U. S. FDA standards.
What’s NOT in Kids Complete + Fiber
SmartyPants contains no High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) or artificial sweeteners because studies suggest that neither live up to the high health standards we have set for our gummies. While debate continues to surround HFCS, the results already documented are cause enough for us to exclude it. So too with artificial sweeteners like aspartame. Instead, we added no sugar to our fiber gummies, avoiding the potential health consequences of HFCS or artificial sweeteners. SmartyPants Kids Complete + Fiber contains no added sugar, but there is a small amount of naturally occurring sugar in the fiber we use (chicory root), which is why ‘sugar’ is listed in the supplement facts.
With no sugar added and made with natural orange, lemon, and strawberry-banana. The Benefits of Fiber for Kids
Fiber has been shown to promote digestive health, promote regularity, and promote the development of beneficial gut bacteria. For this reason, inulin (the source of our soluble fiber) is classified as a prebiotic.

Courtney Nichols Gould, SmartyPants’ Founder and Co-CEO, with Edie The Benefits of Omega 3s for Kids

Omega 3 DHA and EPA Who Says Kids Need Omega 3s?
The National Institutes of Health, Harvard University, and the University of Maryland Medical Center all recommend Omega 3s for kids because they may help promote bone strength and aid brain development.
The Benefits of Vitamin D for Kids
Vitamin D plays a key role in the body’s absorption of calcium. Together, they help bones grow strong. Without Vitamin D, your child’s body may struggle to absorb the calcium received from their diet. Vitamin D may also strengthen and improve the immune system.
600 IU of Vitamin D3 Who Says Kids Need Vitamin D?
Harvard University, The Vitamin D Council and the Mayo Clinic all recommend Vitamin D for kids to aid calcium absorption, promote bone strength and help muscles function.
All our problems disappeared! My three year old has had chronic constipation problems due to too much dairy. We tried everything and finally, I decided to try getting her on a regular fiber inclusive vitamin. After two weeks and no dietary changes, my daughter now poops daily and has absolutely no problem with holding it in or having it be tough. I know, TMI… but as a worried Mom- I was willing to try everything, and this was the only solution that actually worked.I can’t recommend these vitamins highly enough… they are wonderful and my kid loves them too, so I guess it’s a win win!
Tried them all, these take the cake by a long shot, and NO ADDED SUGAR! Don’t tell my wife that I have been eating these daily. I secretly want to buy a box of these for snacking. Also, my daughter loves them which I suppose I should include in a review about kids gummy vitamins. We have tried nearly all of the healthier gummy vitamins out there, and I seriously mean nearly all. Why would I want my child eating a vitamin after breakfast with added process sugar? No one really wants it but kids also might not eat it if it doesn’t…UNTIL NOW, these are AMAZING, they is NO ADDED SUGAR and they are better than fruit snacks. Seriously why are these so good? They are SO good.I couldn’t recommend this brand more.
Why is such a conscientious company using Folic Acid? I was SO excited about these. I love that they use inulin instead of sugar, I love that they use natural food-based dyes, I love that it is a multivitamin PLUS fish oil, I love that they don’t use fillers (stearates of any sort)….. and the vitamin complex is quite good (although I find the Vitamin C and E content a bit low, and there is no Vitamin K2 which is basically essential for D3 absorption, so that is a glaring omission)…… BUT what I don’t love is that they use FOLIC ACID (synthetic form) and not FOLATE (natural form). Folic Acid is not tolerated by anyone with the MTHFR mutation (about 50% of the population!), and so while the inclusion of the methylated form of B12 is excellent, the Folic Acid is a total bummer. If you know your child definitely does NOT have MTHFR, these gummies are one of the best I’ve looked at. My 3 year old loves them, I tasted one, and they are sweet and a little bit sour. He gobbles them up and asks for them every day. But alas, my search for the…
