The lowest levels of dangerous metals and arcenic – go healthy without poisoning yourself- please see the attached chart! Just so you know I did a research on Whey products and found in Consumers Reports a report on how much Mercury and Arsenic and Cadmium and Lead is in these products and this was rated, at least the vanilla was, at one of the lowest in these hazardous poisons.I’ve attached the char so you can see for yourself. Why This is the one of the best Protein Supplement in the Market, A critical analysis from a Bio technologist As a fitness enthusiast and a Science guy, I am always curious to find the real value of a supplement. What works and what does not work. More importantly, I believe the analysis of a product should be based on strong scientific knowledge base, combined with good old fashion practical use of the product, and only then one should come down to the final conclusion.

Will says:

Best protein brand available I’ve been using this brand for more years than I’d care to count, mostly to gain mass and help cut fat (at different times). For gains, I hit about a 35%p/25%f/40%c macronutrient ratio, using a couple scoops of ON per dose between meals, when needed, to keep the protein high, and once right after training to help with repair/recuperation. For cutting, I shift my ratios to 50%p/40%f/10%c, and it seems to work well. If I’m feeling more impatient to lean out, I’ll bump to 55%p, but doing that means I have to sacrifice somewhere else, so I try to avoid it on the long-term. I’m not going to say my results are completely attributed to protein, since it takes a well-rounded regimen to see the best results. I also take glutamine, multis and creatine for both building and cutting, but I’ll also add for the cutting cycle to help accelerate the process. Above all else, nothing beats real solid…
