Buckle sliding bar constantly falls out 🙁 I love the colors, shape of the buckle, and width of the Maduka 10′ yoga strap. Unfortunately the sliding buckle portion frequently becomes dislodged and falls out. Maybe it’s just my buckle, but, for the comparatively high cost of this strap I find the value to not match the purchase price.

Warning! Buckle Slips! The strap and buckle appear well made and have a nice finish. However there are two major design flaws with the buckle. I don’t know how Manduka decided to manufacture this product with these flaws. They are non-starters for a yoga strap.1. The buckle slips because the cross piece in the buckle can not get close enough to the opposite side of the buckle to sandwich the fabric together. This means the strap will slip through the buckle with not a lot of force.2. The cross piece can fall out of the buckle for example during transportation or storage making it easy to lose. When this happens the buckle is completely useless.
