L. Vickers says:

Vitamin D3 I was feeling tired and just run-down. Went to the doctor and had blood work, to find out that I was low to deficient in Vit D. After some research on vitamins, Kirkland brand comes out on top for quality. I don’t live any where near a Cosco- so purchased here because price was good. Even being low in Vit. D, I take only one pill (2000I.U.) a day. More than 6000 I.U. is actually harmful, I guess. All in all, I would say that the pills are actually working – I have regained my zip, which makes me think that I could honestly recommend these vitamins.

C. Ritchotte says:

Sunshine in a bottle I started taking D3 after reading recent studies that found modern people were overall pretty deficient in it. Nearly all the symptoms of deficiency applied to me. I live in a state where it’s cold outside for at least six months of the year, and I do a lot of desk work and don’t get outside as often as I’d like.

R. Aleman says:

Doctor recommended this for low Vitamin D I recently had an annual checkup with my doctor where she had me get a vitamin panel done. Apparently, I was nearly deficient in Vitamin D. She said it could have been for many reasons: I have a caramel complexion, I was staying up North for the summer as opposed to Florida, and I was not spending as much time outside because of work. She recommended I specifically take 2000 IUs of Vitamin D3, so I ordered this one since it’s had some of the best reviews. It’s been three weeks, and I do feel better. Interestingly enough, I’m a lot less anxious and nervous when reacting to everyday things. It’s like how you feel calmer after sunbathing for a while. Food for thought.Take this bottle if your doctor told you you’re low on Vitamin D. I would consult with them in any case.
