Inspiring! I could not be more impressed with this cookbook! For starters, I’m a huge fan of Sarah and her approach to healthy living and her new cookbook is now the icing on the cake – she is amazing in every way.

Simply Irresistable Reading through this cookbook you’ll think, “Gosh, that’s so easy. I could have thought of that!”. But you didn’t, and that’s the point! This is not like other fad lifestyle diets that you’ll stick to for a couple months and then let fall by the wayside. Once you subscribe to the Simply Real Health lifestyle, easily guided by this book, it will change your way of thinking about food. You will no longer sacrifice “healthy” for “easy” as they become one under the banner of “simple”. I’ve subscribed to Sarah’s Simply Real Health lifestyle since 2013 and there’s really no going back for me**. If you’re looking to change the way you think, feel, and talk about food in a way that makes you feel positive and empowered then this is the cookbook for you.

The Best Cookbook I’ve Seen in Years Anyone interested in healthy choices, looking for variety as they deal with dietary restrictions to allow them to return to health, or if you simply like well designed food–this is a great cookbook to own. There are many gluten free choices here, but they are not the unhealthy kind that substitute other high glycemic index flours for wheat. Many recipes can be altered just slightly to cater to vegans, vegetarians, or meat eaters. An example is Sarah’s amazing Kale Avocado and Roasted Squash Salad with Maple Basil Dressing. It has Feta in it, but vegans could drop that and add some walnuts. Grilled chicken works well with it, too, but as it was designed it is perfect. What I love the most is this book is Sarah’s eclectic, worldwide flavor adventure. Curry-spiced sweet potato fries? Yum. Roasted red pepper harissa? Try it! Fried ratatouille? Nice twist.
